An amazing hidden fact

When i started writing the blog i think i said i would mostly write abt cars,i dont know how but havent written abt any yet..so planned to start with it,with this post..here goes nothing.....

i am sure most of you wont know about this..well neither did i until a year ago.

In 1900 rudolph diesel demonstrated his engine in some world fair which would run on penut oil,he was also quoted telling"the fuel of the future is going to come from fruit".Ford built his first car to run on farm alcohol.

Ethanol is always plentiful and easy to make, with a long history in America, not just as a fuel additive but as a pure fuel. The first prototype internal-combustion engine in 1826 used alcohol and turpentine

alcohol powered the first engine by the German inventor Nicholas August Otto, father of the four-stroke internal-combustion engines powering our cars today..

Well if u still dint get it,it means that a diesel engine can run on anything which can be fermented like apples weed sawdust etc.and that means even the diesel engines of today.
If u dont beleiven me you can watch the second episode of the current season of fifthgear,the bloke ran his car from coast to coast(of uk) in a 94'diesel merc on chip fat without any modifications to the car.

One more important point. these biofuels were doing pretty good till 1920s,but the american companies wanted to make money so they suppressed the biofuel(alcohols,vegetable oil) and interduced petrochemicals..why u may ask,coz biofuel could be made by anyone at home but petrochemicals needed a factory company etc etc..

and u all know we get unleaded fuel today..yeah coz lead was bad for the ngine and for the environment because it was used for more than 65 years around the world,we breath high amounts of lead,and lead is a substance which has no smell cannot be removed..and THERE IS NO LEAD IN PETROCHEMICALS NATURALLY..(it was added)
